In case of no sighting of the dolphins, no refund will be provided. If it is not possible to snorkel for safety reasons, the excursion will continue looking for dolphins with the cost of the ticket unchanged.
Suitable sea conditions are required for this experience. In case of cancellation, you will be able to choose another date if available or a full refund. Other causes that may occasionally lead to the cancellation of the tour are mechanical failures, minimum number of people not reached, health problems and request for monitoring intervention for the protection of cetaceans that cannot be postponed and conflicts with the date of the tour.
The guides reserve the right to end the excursion early if it is not possible to guarantee the safety of the people on board or to respect the established program due to weather and sea conditions. The cost of the ticket could be reduced in case of early termination of the excursion.

All participants who arrive at the meeting point with a booking but are not eligible to join the activity, as stated in the previous points, will not be entitled to a refund. The company is not responsible for any health issues if participants board without informing the staff of a non‑eligible condition that is not visible or not immediately recognisable
“MareTerra Group SNC Liability Waiver” Activities taking place in natural environments inevitably involve certain risks. To minimize these risks, our staff is properly trained, and all vehicles and equipment used are subject to regular maintenance, including extraordinary maintenance when required. However, by participating in our excursions, the Participant(s): 1) Declare, under their own responsibility, that they are in good health and release MareTerra Group SNC from any civil or criminal liability related to or arising from the verification of such condition. 2) Agree to behave in accordance with the principles of legality and civil conduct during the excursion, and to refrain from any actions that are unlawful or inappropriate and that may endanger their own safety or that of others. 3) Release MareTerra Group SNC from any direct or indirect liability for material or non‑material damages, theft and/or damage to personal belongings, and any expenses (including legal fees) that may arise as a result of participating in the excursion, including those caused by their own or others’ behavior. 4) Acknowledge that by proceeding with the booking, they accept the terms and conditions and assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from participation in the excursion. They release MareTerra Group SNC from any civil or criminal liability, including strict liability, for injuries to themselves or third parties, as well as for any illness or discomfort occurring during the entire duration of the excursion, including transfers by any means to and from the excursion location. 5) Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Participant(s) declare that they have carefully reviewed all the clauses contained in this notice and expressly approve all the points listed herein by proceeding with the booking.
