Pickup & drop-off

After landing at Fiumicino Airport, please proceed to the terminal exit and follow the signs for the Limo Service Meeting Point. There, your driver will be waiting to greet you with a sign displaying your name.
For your comfort, we include one hour of complimentary waiting time from the moment your flight lands. Should the wait exceed this hour, an additional €60 per hour will apply, payable directly to the driver at the end of your journey.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
After landing, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the real time of flight arrival
Airport Meet & Greet: Once you've completed the customs process and retrieved your luggage, simply make your way to the arrival hall. Your driver will be eagerly waiting for you at the LIMO SERVICE MEETING POINT, holding a signboard with the name of the lead traveler.
