Head Out Provider information is excellent. I used them for 3 bookings and the information is extremely well set out and easy to follow. Hop On Hop Off experience was mixed. Great audio guide and selection of attractions, unfortunately spoiled by the driver experience and simply created a nervous journey for passengers. As an aside, unable to complete a review where options do not match the reason fir my comment is somewhat unhelpful.

I had already purchased in advance all the tickets needed to reach my final destination, but the trip coincided with an international strike. As a result, I didn't get any refund and was forced to spend the entire night at the airport. I realize that this inconvenience does not depend directly on the company, but is a broader issue affecting the rail sector internationally. However, it would be essential to have an alternative or a "plan B" in similar circumstances: for example, allowing passengers to use the same ticket to board replacement buses, ensuring they can at least reach the central station or the relevant terminal.

The Leonardo Express remains the fastest and most reliable option to connect Fiumicino Airport (FCO) to Roma Termini station, completely avoiding the capital's unpredictable traffic jams.
