This pasta class was way more enjoyable than I expected. You’re constantly doing something, not just watching. There was a nice energy in the group, and making everything by hand made it feel rewarding. Sitting down to eat at the end was the perfect finish.

I had a really good time during this class. Chef Daniele was engaging and kept things moving with a lot of humor. It never felt boring or too technical. You learn, you cook, and you laugh along the way.
