Etna Summit Crater Trekking to 3,400m with Pick-up from Catania

What a fabulous experience! Etna Blaze were exceptional and provided an amazing activity far beyond expectations. Dario's style, skill and knowledge meant this was a truly educational activity, as well as challenging and immersive. Nothing is perfect, and whilst recent rumblings on Etna meant the summit was closed, Etna Blaze went over and above to offer alternative options, including a full refund if that's what we wanted. We chose to go on the 3000m trek instead, and are truly grateful we did! A truly amazing adventure we will never forget- a true highlight of our southern Italy sojourn. Thank you, guys. Well done.

Een onvergetelijke tocht/route op de Etna! Beide broers hebben duidelijk veel kennis en ervaring en namen ons met veel enthousiasme mee naar de mooiste plekjes en kraters van de Etna. De communicatie was zeer vlot en persoonlijk (Whatsapp) wat ons direct een vertrouwd gevoel gaf! Al de nodige materialen zoals jassen, schoenen, helmen, rugzak, … werden voorzien door hun. De drone video is een super toevoeging als aandenking van deze prachtige ervaring! Wij zijn fan en raden iedereen aan om de Etna te bezoeken met de 2 broers!

Our guides, two brothers from the local area were knowledgeable, patient and passionate. I really commend them on making everyone feel comfortable and welcome to their homeland of Etna. It was a memorable experience even though we could not go to the summit. I hope to return one day and do the summit and would definitely book with the same tour guides!

Ce fut un jour gravée dans ma mémoire tout étais parfait, le temps, le guide, l’ambiance et surtout l’Etna 😍 étant la seule française du groupe notre guide Dario faisais tout en anglais mais me demander à chaque fois si il devais me le dire en français et je trouve ça très pro de sa part. La randonnée est sublime les vidéo et photos prise au drone aussi franchement c’est un 5/5 je recommande ++++++ Andemu 🤌🏻🇮🇹

Die Tour war so spektakulär! Wir konnten leider nur bis 3000 Meter hoch weil der Ätna wieder Explosionen hatte. Aber das war schon wahnsinnig. Die Aussicht ist unvergesslich. Von der Planung her hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Der Transfer war pünktlich. Unser Guide war so nett und hat uns vieles erklärt. Auf die Drohnenvideos hatten wir uns auch sehr gefreut. :) diese Tour ist sehr aufregend aber tatsächlich sollte man schon etwas „sportlicher“ sein. Es geht auf jeden Fall gut auf das Herz-Kreislauf System. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen und es ist echt sein Geld wert. Ein hoch auf die professionellen guides und auf dieses Erlebnis.

Wir können die Gipfeltour auf 3400m wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Dario ist ein sehr kompetenter und zuverlässiger Guide. Die Tour ist gut organisiert und wir hatten zu keiner Zeit ein unsicheres Gefühl. Oben wird man mit spektakulären Aussichten belohnt. Zwar zahlt man eine Menge Geld, wir würden aber sagen dass es das Wert ist und sind froh, die Erfahrung gemacht zu haben.

We had the best day out! Such a last minute experience we chose but god was it worth it!!! The views were amazing, the easy access of getting up the volcano, the knowledge…. It was all so grand! Not to mention how smooth the car service was, bang on time. This day was definitely a highlight of our trip and one we will never forgot. I couldn’t recommend an experience more than this!

Wir haben am 25.08.2026 an der Tour teilgenommen und empfehlen sie gerne weiter! Dario und Gianni sind Profis und machen ihren Job sehr gut. Aufgrund der vulkanischen Aktivität konnten wir zwar leider nicht die geplante Höhe erreichen, dafür haben wir eine alternative Route bis zu einer Höhe von etwa 3.000 m genommen und diese war auch sehr beeindruckend.

What makes it truly special is the personal care and genuine dedication of the two brothers — their passion, attention to detail and care for every single member of the group are truly exceptional and very much appreciated. You can really feel that they put their hearts into what they do and want every guest to have an unforgettable experience.
