Venice: Full-Day Dolomites Tour to Lake Braies

This group trip was well worth it! I was concerned it was going to be one of those tours where you had to stay with the group everywhere you went, but it was not. Our guides were very friendly and laid back. At each stop we were able to walk around the lake and meet back at the pickup point. Lake Braies was beautiful, but don't bother with the boats, there was a huge line and you would miss out on the walk which is easy. I recommend starting the trail around Braies to the left of the boat rental, it avoids hiking up a switchback and instead allows you to walk down it. We had enough time for a short lunch and walk around the lake. The only unpredictable thing is weather, but it only impacted our view of the three peaks for our trip. I would highly recommend this tour for getting some time in the Dolomites.

Piero, our Guide shared a lot of info, made it fun as his presentation was funny, very friendly & interactive. Felt we got a good overview of the area. Loved the local cuisine as he took us to a local family restaurant that produced most of the food served. Another highlight was seeing where the 2026 Olympics ski racing were held. We recommend to future tourists.

Piero was our guide, and he was absolutely the best. He was so energetic, knowledgeable, and amazing throughout the entire trip. We cannot thank him enough for making our experience so special. He shared so much interesting information, made us feel comfortable at all times, and we learned so many new things from him. He happily stopped at every place we wanted to visit and always made sure everyone was enjoying the journey. Thanks to Piero, our long day felt so short because time just flew by. We are so happy we booked this trip, and we truly appreciate everything he did for us. He made the whole experience unforgettable. We were also so lucky to meet such wonderful new people in the group. Everyone was so lovely and friendly — it felt like we had known each other for a long time. I truly had such a great experience, and this trip will always be a beautiful memory for us.

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα και δεν ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε καθόλου, αφού ο ξεναγός φρόντισε να περάσουμε για πρόγευμα καθώς πηγαίναμε και για σνακ στην επιστροφή! Επιπλέον, ο ξεναγός ήταν αρκετά πληροφορημένος για τα τοπία που επισκεφτήκαμε και μας εξήγησε ακριβώς που να κατευθυνθούμε!
