Rome: Catacombs Express ENGLISH Guided Tour - Skip the Line

We enjoyed the orientation and history lesson to prepare us for the tour of the catacombs. Enjoyed the sense of humor and objectivity about political and religious views and practices in the early centuries.

Brilliant. Loved our guide. So funny. Very informative. Highly recommended.

The tour says an hour but we spent 30 minutes outside talking. Guide was pretty good but needs to study church history more precisely.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and entertaining on the express tour, and was great at communicating to my children, 10 and 8, who thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Highly recommended.

Our guide Peter was fantastic! spoke well about the delicacies of the catacombs while also having a great sense of humour throughout, would definitely recommend👏

Our tour guide, Peter, was amazing. Very knowledgeable, the explanations were super detailed, and he is very nice. We would definitely recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed the tour and all the information regarding the history for the catacombs existing. The extensive nature of the catacombs and the share volume of catacombs around Rome. Peter was extremely helpful in bringing us to the times and experiences historically and how it pertained to the wealthy and poor alike.

Excellent guide. Humorous, on time, knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting these Catacombs. I know for safety we couldn’t spend as much time going as deep as I wanted but that just goes to show how interesting it is down there.

Peter was simply fantastic. Knowledgeable, engaging and brought the whole group together. I feel like I learnt lots!

Spent very little time in the actual catacombs. Half the tour was a barely relevant history lesson. Guide was friendly enough
