Florence: Uffizi Gallery Skip-the-Line Entrance Ticket

I The museum is magnificent and so rich of pieces of art. Nevertheless the experience we had by booking the skip the line tickets with you was not that nice. We paid a lot of money ,98 eur 2 entries for the visit which should have taken place yesterday at 09:00 .And the day before you informed uthat you had a problem we had to move the time of the visit. You sent us new tickets with NO mention of“skip the line”and at the price of eur 20 mentionned on the tickets. Therefore we are entitled to get a refund of the difference. Awaiting for that refund, Cordially, Suzette Nataf
