What's included

Guided tour of a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory, including a tasting of three different aged Parmesans (12-24-36) , ricotta, erbazzone, tigelle and cold cuts.
Guided tour with tastings of traditional Modena balsamic vinegar, including aged balsamic vinegars (+15 and +25 years), tasted as well with 24months old Parmesan and on ice cream
Guided tour of a local family winery, including 7 tastings of different wines paired with snacks.
Full lunch at a local osteria, including appetizers, two handmade pasta courses, one main dish, best tiramisu ever, wines and coffee. (could be changed on Mondays)
Our tour is limited to a maximum of 19 guests, while other operators use buses with up to 60 passengers.
