Volterra: Winery Tour with Tastings and Panoramic Views

l'accueil, l'adaptabilité et la gentillesse de l'hôtesse !!! elle a parlé en anglais pour une famille et en italien pour nous ; toutes les explications étaient intéressantes. La cave est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur les vignes et la campagne Toscane ! la dégustation s'est passée tranquillement, nous avons pris le temps qu'il fallait et tout était très bon. je souligne la générosité des hôtes tant sur les quantités de vins servis que sur le plateau de fromage/charcuterie !!! très copieux et Un vrai régal . je recommande à 100%

Siamo stati accolti dalla signora Raffaella che ci ha spiegato a partire da un giro nella vigna fino alla visita delle cantine tutta la produzione e il processo vinicolo. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di incontrare il proprietario, Francesco, e di osservarlo a lavoro. Degustazione con prodotti locali di alta qualità in un tagliere abbondante e il Wine tasting accompagnato da spiegazioni non proibitive ma che aiutano anche chi è alle prime esperienze come noi. Inoltre, il tutto accompagnato da una vista spettacolare sulla vigna e dall’altro lato su Volterra. Esperienza veramente consigliata, si vede che chi lavora qui ama il suo lavoro.

We had such a great time on our wine tour. We were a multi family of 10 and everyone enjoyed the experience. Kids even got to try the wine labeling machine! We wanted to add something fun to do while visiting the city of Volterra for the day. We started off in the city walking around and enjoying the sites and then headed to our afternoon wine tour which was only a 10 minute drive from the city. We loved our time at the winery, enjoyed learning everything about the winery and the wine was delicious. We were surprised with delicious meats and cheese as we tasted the wines. We purchased 6 bottles of their wines to enjoy while we are here in Tuscany and two bottles of their lovely olive oil. The whole experience was fantastic and would do it again!
