Ravello: Panoramic Terrace Experience on the Amalfi Coast

We specifically booked this trip because I wanted to spend 3 h in visit both the Villa Cimbrone Gardens and Villa Rufolo. One day before the trip, we were informed that the schedule would be changed and that we would be able to stay in Ravello for only one hour instead of three hours. We were also told that the trip would include a visit along the Amalfi Coast. This was not what we had booked or planned. Our intention was specifically to spend 3 h in Ravello. I would like to emphasize that the driver was very nice, the car was clean and comfortable, and he stopped for photographs and explained the area to us. My complaint is therefore about the change to the itinerary and the resulting additional costs, rather than the driver himself. Because of the itinerary change, we had to spend an additional €40 on a taxi and €100 on ferries from Amalfi to Naples, a total of €140 in unexpected additional costs, simply to visit what we had originally planned and paid for.
