Milan Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour: 24, 48 or 72 Hours

The meeting points and schedules for each bus line are not clear enough to make connections. There is no permanent guide, and the audio guide plays music most of the time and rarely explains anything. It is not clear where each of the stops is to get off the bus without guessing. The worst city tour I have ever booked.

Your buses are eye catching and easy to sight making it convenient to locate them. The clear commentary and the choice of languages are ample. Overall a great tour with good value for money if you use more than two routes

Huge praise to the bus drivers who keep their cool in that traffic. I certainly wouldn't want to deal with that kind of stress. Driving around Milan by car yourself: a total catastrophe. The ticket shop at the central station was excellent.

The headphones don't always work great! The lower deck isn't recommended because the view is very limited.

The driver on the blue line was incredibly nice. He offered to help us catch the last tour on the red line and called ahead to ensure they would wait for us.

Milan HO HO ticket was most convenient to see the city and finally get dropped off at the Centrale. We got to see Duomo and the Leonardo 3 Mueum. Most enjoyable day . Packed but convenient as left Milan by an evening flight. Thank you Headout!

Not a great experience. The English audio did not work, the location where you could get in the bus was often unclear and at one point we couldn't get in and had to walk because the bus was too full. Additionally, the app was a bit annoying to use. I would recommend choosing another bus tour.

Getting tickets was a bit confusing with 3 companies operating from the same location. We got that resolved and enjoyed our first tour. More tomorrow

Aside from the fact that the microphones didn't work at some seats and switching seats wasn't always possible, everything was very good.

Ease of on and off the bus and stop wherever we wanted

Great tour, we just had to search a bit to find the first stop on the green line route.

Open air on top floor, easy to disembark and rebound.

That there are several tours and all of them are very good

This was the worst hop on/hop off experience we have had in any city. Most of the places on the tour were drive by with little commentary at all. The schedule was way off too.
