The guide was very thorough in his explanations and made the tour very enjoyable despite the heat that day. He gave us time for photos and short breaks before we continued. Plus, they were in constant contact with us before the tour began. They sent me a map with the meeting location, and they called me right on time to give me directions over the phone—and they spoke Spanish.

Ya, it worked out well. We just had to meet the person that had the tickets and he explained things to us and showed us how to use the guided tour. Then we were able to skip the line and go right into the Pantheon which is amazing. Just be aware of the exact location to meet the person that has the tickets. Initially, we just went to the staff at the Pantheon entrance and showed our tickets and he was kind enough to point out where to go to meet the person that had our tickets. So it was straight-forward for us. Thanks

I would recommend this this combo package as it covers the most known historical sights in Rome. Trust me you will be so grateful that you purchased a fast track ticket when you see the queues lined up on a scorching hot day. Everything was a highlight.... but the Colosseum and Vatican museums were insane. I would definitely recommend all sights in this package and would recommend to do them on different days so that you're not to tired from all the walking.

The Pantheon is magnificent and definitely an experience not to be missed, but I paid €35 on the website for four people, including two children, and the guide gave me tickets for €7 each—with free admission for the children. I understand there are fees, but in this case the difference is huge. The audio guide worked but glitched. In short, I won’t be repeating this experience with tickets like these.

I would avoid using this Group at all costs. Our tickets for a tour were cancelled by Headout's "partner" on very short notice. Due to our schedule, re-booking at a different time was not an option. Headout then claimed that they could not reimburse or offer credits even though they were the party that cancelled. Essentially they claim that their cancellation policy does not allow a refund or credit. Be forewarned that THEY can cancel your tour and will keep your money and offer you nothing in return. Flat out THEIVES.
