Skip-the-Line Tickets to the National Archaeological Museum of Naples

Dont book with Headout. On two bookings we were charged extra for the audio guide whihc was impossible to access. We would have been better just going to the venue and paying a cheaper extrance fee

Easy access near the metro station. No wait to enter the museum. It's best to get an audio guide or, even better, a guided tour if available in your language.

I paid for the audio guide and it never showed up in my account. I tried contacting support and that was no help either. Frustrated I paid more than admission so I would have the guide. Won't use this service again.

The app is not clear and is misleading. You can't change anything even if you made a mistake. I don't understand why you can't change dates with a month's notice. I won't use your app anymore.

It was very inconvenient. First, the email took forever to arrive. Then you had to call a number, install an app, and only then did you get the ticket. There’s an easier way to do this.

Almost everything was very straightforward, but the audio didn't work—I don't know if it was due to reception issues or because connecting was too complicated for me. That's the only major complaint.

It was straight forward entry we had a quick bite to eat opposite at a vegan restaurant which prepared us. Then gently walked over. The magnitude of the place and number of exhibits is astonishing. You need a good plan of the building. Guide online was difficult to follow

Really great! They still let us in despite being 20 minutes late. The museum is huge and super interesting. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful collection but it was a pity that we couldn't see the mosaics

With prepaid tickets, you save a lot of time. Unfortunately, part of the first floor (the famous mosaics) was closed for renovations. But everything else was truly thrilling. Thank you.

The museum was perfect. But you had nothing to do with that! On the other hand, the digital guide was in English!!!! And that was not clearly stated. So no, the experience was disappointing.

Extensive collection of Pompeii artifacts and marble statutes.

Size of the facility impressive, but is needed as some of the statuary is huge. A much better, more readable paper map (&/or posted throughout) would be a big help. Map on phone not adequate. Try to figure out what is most important for you to see. See those things, then enjoy wandering. Generally a relaxing area, with indoor courtyards
