Time was changed twice, once by WhatsApp which I received. Also, by email which I hadn't received or deleted as I received a number of emails once I booked the trip

Poor sound quality. Sound too garbled and could not make out the words. Didn't catch most of the presentation.

The women who organized the tour were lovely; they made everything so easy for us. The guide knew a lot of interesting facts and shared many anecdotes that made the tour entertaining. It's definitely worth it.

The guide was off sick that day. I only found out when I turned up to pick up my ticket. I was given an audio guide instead I was promised a partial refund and have recieved the grand total of nothing. This is the second time that I have been promised a partial refund so won't be using these clowns again.

Gabriele gave a very detailed and competent overview of the architecture, symbolism and history of the Pantheon thus allowing us to experience this monument fully.

Interesting history. Tour seemed short though especially after waiting in the heavy rain. More could have been added. Very helpful to be on the tour to minimize wait time to get in the church museum.

Although our guide was great, we had an hour tour and waited in line for 30 minutes. So basically, ther company should refund me 50% of the the fee.

No guide they lied to me just got a head set and had to tour myself. But I paid for a guided tour

Our tour was on Wed Aug 27th at 3pm. Our guide was a woman who was so KNOWLEDGEABLE about every detail. She was amazing and made this tour so wonderful. We did not get her name. Crown Tours are great. Highly recommend them.
