Mamertine Combo: Mamertine Prison, Colosseum, Roman Forum & Palatine Hill Tickets with Audioguide

The line to retrieve the tickets was very long and the agent was incredibly rude. I have used many tour companies in Italy, this was by far my worst experience.

We were admitted away from the crowd to receive explanations and gain access to the site. We received a very warm welcome.

The first app didn't open. And on the second app, the QR code was invalid. As a result, there was no audio guide. I recommend buying tickets on the official websites.

The staff are very welcoming and explain things very well. I highly recommend it. The Colosseum is magnificent, and the Palatine Hill is a must-see!

That's great—but we didn't receive the correct codes to enter into the app to access the audio guide until the end of the day. So no audio guide for the day. And no gesture of goodwill from Headout other than 10% off the next reservation (I don’t plan on making another reservation).

Everything went great. I 100% recommend buying tickets here.

Everything worked perfectly and exactly as described in the app. No problems at all. The app worked as expected, and they recognized the code right away at the ticket office at the entrance.
