Everything about Santa Croce was interesting. The history, the mausoleums and the private chapels. So much so that my mother went again to see in more detail. The tour was about an hour and a half but that is not enough to appreciate everything that is inside the curch and the monastery. Highly recommended.

Very impressive evolution of this memorial to the prominent scholars and artists, especially Michelangelo.

Had not heard of Headout prior to looking for activities for our Florence city break. Having found them it was easy to book and so glad we did as it was a fabulous morning and the interior was so much better than that of Florence's main cathedral

Santa Croce is known as the Temple of Italian Glories ... many Italian greats are buried or memorialised here. Easy purchase, great communication, good value.

Being able to get tickets without much advance notice and, most importantly, not having any wait time at the entrance makes the experience much more enjoyable.

Visiting Saint Peter Bascilica was an exceptional experience for my husband and myself. The Pieta brought me to tears. Being able to be in the presence of such beautiful works of art and the holiness of the Bascilica itself was very moving.
