Rome Fiumicino Airport: Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 3 for a Relaxing Break

The lounge was dirty and the food mostly cold - a bit disappointing

Thought the space was bigger and less crwoded. Not much variety of food.

Easy to book and accesss to the lounge at Rome airport was great. Excellent shower facilities Would use again

It was easy to book a 3 hour day pass at FCO airport and then get right in. Much better than having to hang out in the shopping area. Quieter, good food and comfortable seating.

Great service relaxing atmosphere quality food and drinks

Reception was patient helping me get my documentation for entry in order. Food selection was very good, but the bar was overwhelmed. Kudos to the bartender!

The lounge was so crowded that I was not able to access the charging stations or initially sit with my travel companion. I would have saved money by just grabbing a quick bite at a fast food place and sitting at a charging station by the gate. Not worth the money.

Good food and a more relaxed option than a long wait in the general terminal area.

Food was very average. Not much choice and not worth the money. Cramped Inside and had to line up to get in. Wouldn't pay for the experience again.

I didn't get to use the lounge as there was a waiting list

Headout were good with booking and organising, but I feel the lounge not worth the money. Luke warm food of not great quality, bar staff who were not the best also lacking ability to understand basic requests in English.Grubby chairs. Certainly wouldn't bother with this particular lounge again.

Very good service, staff excellent

I was very pleased, as a first time visitor to this lounge we were given a guided tour of the lounge and shown a quiet area to relax

I booked by mistake 2 tickets and you dind´t refound me the second one even the Plaza Premium Staff said they had no problem to refound me

Food and drink options average. Not enough shower facilities

Lovely little lounge for those long layovers. 100% worth the cost, especially with a few complimentary drinks thrown in. The hot food could be a tad better quality, it was very reminiscent of a hotels complimentary breakfast, but it is infinitely better than other airport food in that you can eat all you want.
