Rome Fiumicino Airport: Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 1

This was nothing better than staying at the gate

Pretty poor experience, definitely not value for money. Over crowded.

There was a table reserved for us so we didn't have to queue which was great. The food was very good with a lot of choice.

Vegetales are Good and fresh, is very important for the salad. The drinks and coffee are excelente. And the waiters are frendly. I would like more Hot food opción.

I put in my name for shower and never got to use it since they never called me and I had to catch a flight. Limited seating area and very close to others.

Experience sold "premium" was far from the advertise quality standard. Very poor, overcrowded facilities, poor food choice. Everything about it said economy. The whole thing was an over rated Rip-Off!!! The customer service complaint was not helpful at all. I will never use this service again, complete scam.

Headout did great and the tickets worked well - but the lounge is dated and was very crowded. There were not very nice facilities to relax. Next time, I would spend time in the terminal at one of the nice restaurants.

The lounge was over booked and crowded. Food and drinks included limited. The attendant knocked on the door when I was having a shower, even though I had booked.

As I had a horrible experience at FCO Airport, the Plaza Premium Lounge made the experience a lot better to deal with. The Lounge was spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks were good and plentiful. This is definitely 1 of my highlights in Italy. I would recommend to friends and family. I would also use again myself.

Lounge was good with a good variety of food and drink.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities very good. Food was fine and drinks lovely. Had a shower and there was everything you need for a shower and to Freshen up.

Cramped and over busy space. Over bright lighting. Food very disappointing. No alcohol included in price. Only 2 cubicles in toilet -long waits. Hardly any charging points. Overall not a relaxing or enjoyable experience and not good value.

Such a lovely spacious lounge with comfortable seating, great charging stations, sort of sleep pods also, with great selection of food and drink. All colleagues where lovely and couldn't be more helpful. 1000/10 service. Worth the money .
