So... I was visiting Modena and decided to visit the Ferrari museum. I Googled said museum and clicked on the site at the top of the list. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Modena, I found that the tickets I had purchased were for a museum 1.5 hours away from Modena. Consequently it was viable for me visit so I tried to cancel only to find that the T&C's only allow refunds up to 48hrs prior to the visit. Sadly, I lost my money and didn't get to visit the museum. Moral of the story... pay more attention to SEO results that promote places that are not consistent with what you actually wanted. Frustrating!!!
