The staff at the museum were rude and unhelpful. After the simulator malfunction and crashed during my sons experience he left in tears as the staff would not extend his time. When asked why they didn't help they told me he crashed the car so what did he expect. When we went to purchase the photos of my children in the car it felt like we were and inconvenience to them.
