A very beautiful church; for me personally, it was a unique experience because Pope Francis is buried there. The staff was very friendly. The museum is small but very interesting. The view from the terrace was lovely, and there weren't many people there (great—finally, not too crowded 😉)

The basilica was beautiful and free. The museum is very small but enjoyable. However, the church was the highlight. Staff is very disorganized. It took gurecer to get/return audio headsets.

We didn't really need a ticket—there wasn't a long line. But it was a great visit.

What a rip-off! Admission was supposed to be free, and the museum was free too! We couldn't see the Panorama Terrace (which we had booked) because we would have had to wait an hour! Thanks for nothing!!
