Very quick and easy - we went right to the cable car. No wait - great views fun ride up and down - really appreciated the flexibility of the open ticket. On this day, Sunday May 17th, the cable cart was out of order. We had to take a 4W drive from 1900 tot 2500 meters. There was no 'line' going upward: after a 15 minute wait, we were the only passengers. Going down - again by 4W drive - we had to wait in line for about an hour (no mention of skipping any line whatsoever). So... we paid 129 Euros for a 15 minute bus ride up and down the hill, with no advantage of any kind. Feels like a ripoff...

Una truffa totale. Non pensate nemmeno di contrattare con questa compagnia. Ho pagato per il tour all'etn con funivia, 4*4 e guida, quando siamo arrivati a causa del maltempo ci hanno detto che potevamo salire solo con la funivia ma non con il resto. Abbiamo chiamato Headout e ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero richiamato entro due ore per il rimborso. Dopo una settimana sono ancora in attesa della chiamata. Dopo averli contattati mille volte via chat e via e-mail, ora vogliono rimborsarmi solo un quarto di dollaro quando non ho goduto di nulla perché non siamo saliti con la funivia. TRUFFATORI
