Super-fast check-in, everything was perfect. Easy to find, and phone support was always available. Since it was Holy Week, you can imagine the lines. A+++

The girl needs to be kinder. If she needs to say something, she should say it respectfully. She shouldn't make a big deal out of the fact that a lady needs to be waited on. She should ask everyone if they need any help.

Very easy to book our tickets with headout & to locate the meeting point. The guide was amazing - full of Knowledge & very lovely person. I had been looking forward to this tour in particular & it didn't disappoint at all. The tour ended at Castel St Angelo & we were able to stay & look around there as much as we wanted. Super tour
