Naples: Pompeii & Herculaneum Guided Tour with Transfers

We had a wonderful experience on our Pompeii tour! Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Bruno, was extremely knowledgeable and showed us all the most interesting places. He was also funny and a great storyteller, which made the tour even more enjoyable. The driver was also very friendly, always smiling and making sure everyone was comfortable and safe throughout the trip. We really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this tour! ⭐️

Pompeii tour and guide was great, we were dumped at hurculaneum with a qr code Expected to use our phones and our own headphones when we were supposed to have a guide The audio tour did not correlate in any way with the buildings so was useless, I asked the representatives when we arrived and I was told no guide snd they left us! Total dissatisfaction

The guided tour of Pompeii was very good. The guide was very interesting. The welcome at the Pompeii office was deplorable; the person in charge verbally attacked us, both in the morning and at noon. The visit to Herculaneum was difficult: the audio guide constantly had to be downloaded again and didn't match the new tour route caused by the construction work.

When we bought the tickets for 4 people, we specifically asked for a French guide for Pompeii and an audio guide for Herculaneum!! Once we arrived, there was no French guide, even though we had paid €314 for our group. The system for Herculaneum was not at all up to our expectations. We are very disappointed with this experience and will not recommend your agency to our friends who are visiting next year.

I booked an experience in Spanish with a transfer from my accommodation, which did not happen. We had to make our own way to the Ramada Hotel, and the tour was in English. In our communication with the local partner, they didn't offer any solution: 'we only do tours in English' was their response. So we ended up doing the Pompeii tour on our own.

At pick up point the guide did not have any sign and amongst 50 other tours it was very hard to find our guide. She just stood there like any other tourists.. Lunch was bad, and the english guide in pompeii was very bad. Poor english speaking skills. Overall i would not recommend bying these exåensive tickets, you can explore on your own. We are very disappointed!

We never got to the tour. I received two emails from your company saying we would be picked up at the apartment. But the morning of the tour, the driver called and said we were supposed to be picked up at a hotel, and he left. I called for support, but mid-way through the call, I was hung up on, and couldn't get through again. No offer of a refund of the $350 we spent. Not impressed, and would not recommend this company.
