The transportation worked out, but not from the agreed-upon meeting point. That was annoying and required a round-trip taxi ride to the hotel. They promised a tour led by an archaeologist, but I ended up with an audio guide. I paid way too much for this service.

Nothing... They left us hanging, and the guide was very rude.

Pompei ed Ercolano: vale la pena vederle! Purtroppo, 1,5 ore non sono sufficienti per Pompei; è stato anche un peccato non avere il tempo di esplorare questi siti storici da soli, anche solo per 20 minuti. Siti da esplorare. Anche la pausa pranzo in un moderno centro commerciale è stata del tutto inutile.

Our tour guide Gennaro was excellent and made the day an easy and memorable experience. His knowledge and enthusiasm regarding the history of the historical sites was excellent and maintained throughout the day. Gennaro answered everyone's questions and was truly professional. He really bought the sites to life!

Vincenzo was really interesting and passionate, it was really interesting! I recommend the most the combo Pompei+Herculanum, it was worth it!

Last minutes changes put ne in a bit of a rush. Appreciate that they accomodate and wait for my arrival to start. Micheal the guide/archeologist was a fountain of knowledge, he made it all well worth it. Both Pompeii and Ercolano are well worth visiting.

Our visit to Pompei and Herkulaneum was truly amazing, as we had an incredible tour guide who turned out to be also a professional archaeologist. Michael made the trip interesting and fun. Our driver Pasquale got us perfectly on time back to Naples centre!
