The whole experience was great, the chef was a great instructor, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that the experience was not as described by Headout. For instance, there was no prosecco to start the class and it was only 1.5 hours long instead of 3 hours long, so it feels that we did not get exactly want we paid for.
