The audio guide is really lame. It wasn't helpful at all—I had to buy a Vatican audio guide to get the most out of the visit.

Scam, thought the experience was to be different

It was super easy instructions to acquire the tickets and the meeting spot was easy to find. I really enjoyed the fast pass experience of being able to skip the line and head straight to the museum. The museum was fantastic and a must see when in rome!

The price of the ticket was way too high for the service provided—or rather, for the lack of service—and I was very disappointed, although the tour inside the Vatican Museums was wonderful.

Glad to be able to visit the Vatican. August is probably not the best month to visit, as it is hot and the Vatican Museum is not air conditioned and is full of tourists.

Great place, even better guide, thoroughly recommended

There is no such thing as no-line at the Vatican. Out tickets with the QR code were not valid. The tour guide from our shop prevented this from being a total disaster. We never used our useless tickets.
