Pasquale was our tour guide. His English was perfect and he was very knowledgeable. Our tour was well paced and we had ample time in each area of the Vatican. The tour ran on time and really smoothly. We had no issues getting into Vatican and two bathroom breaks. Pasquale was funny and engaging and kept us well informed. My teenage kids really liked this tour and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see a lot. Pasquale took us through St Peter’s Basilica, which is a must see. Our tour ended there and we could stay onwards and look around in our own pace. All in all this was an outstanding tour and we had a great time!

An excellent tour, made so by the guide. The start was chaos negotiating the entrance queue and Security, made worse by the rain (00's of umbrellas!) but the tour firm got us through. It's a pretty unique experience and with thousands of other people, not one if you need personal space! Our guide made it able to be experienced well, pointing out so many aspects. Highly recommend.

Giuseppe was very knowledgeable and able to keep all interested, from young to old, as well as dry during a 35mm rainy day.

This was a great tour and skipping the lines really helped. It was very busy due to the Jubilee. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. We did not get any headphones to hear the guide until we were in the Vatican Museums, so it was not possible to hear the guide very well until then. This really was a whistle top your with hardly any time to see anything in the museums. You were essentially walking through them to get to Sistine Chapel. Our guide left us before getting into St Peter’s Basilica. Not sure if this normally happens or because of the delays in getting into there. It is an expensive tour compared to buying the tickets yourself. It is only the skipping the queues that makes me recommend this tour.

I enjoyed the self guided time we had in the basilica and I loved seeing the paintings in the chapel. The guided portion felt really rushed and there was no time at the end to see anything else in the museum that we had skipped over. The type of ear pieces we were provided didn’t stay on our ears if we were looking around or up at the art work.

We were very impressed with the actual Colasseum, but there were far too many people there, we kept getting mixed up with the other groups. Being taken to the Vatican by the lady from the office were so quick, we couldn't keep up with her, when asked if she could slow down, she said we had to be there for the time we had booked for, this resulted in me having my first panic attack ever & also felt as if my heart was going to burst out of my chest. My Daughter & Friend were very concerned about me after this. It upset us all so much, we cancelled our next day trip. The Vatican was beautiful & the crowds really take what should be a pleasurable experience into a nightmare.
