The Doge's Palace. You think you know it, but it's a real shock when you actually visit. Truly a must-see on any trip to Venice.

Pretty easy to use once you understand that you need to use the reference code to pick up your ticket at the ticket counter. My ticket indicated that I had 3 days to use it, but when I went to visit the Correr Museum, I was told my ticket was no longer valid! That it was only valid for 24 hours. Needs double-checking.

Very good, excellent guide if you speak English. For French speakers, it was a real struggle, didn't understand anything. Very pleasant guide. No wait time, an absolute must-do. Very good Headout experience, explanations in French, very warm welcome.

The booking process was very easy, the agents at the pick up spot were very polite. I believe that theprocess could be a bit simpler, i.e. sending the needed information via pdf instead of picking up papers. The audio guide was easy to set up but did not work at the Correrr musem

This was an amazing tour and the guide was so fun whitty and adorable. She was very patient with the few in group that had some mobility issues and I would recommend it to anyone!

It's a must see in Venice. Such a beautiful building, full of history. The visit takes quite a while but it's worth it.

Simple process with no issues in the app or when getting the tickets at the entrance. It's well worth getting up early to avoid the crowds; although the tickets allow entry until 6:00 PM, it's better to show up around 9:00 AM.

Arrival went as indicated. The location was accurate and the guide was helpful, although you can also download one right there on-site.
