I spent the day with my son, traveling from Punta Sabbioni to various islands. The water buses were always on time, and the staff both on land and on the boat were very helpful—plus, we saved a lot of money. I recommend this service. It was also easy to validate the ticket at the machines. Highly recommended

The employees on the boat slammed the door shut on the passengers in a rude and crude manner. There was no staff at the boarding stations to control the number of people allowed to board. This shows a lack of respect for the passengers.

Instead of a QR code that would have allowed me to board at any station, I received a code that can only be converted into a valid ticket at a few select stations. As a result, I had to “ride without a ticket.” It would have been appropriate and necessary to point this out right from the start.

Very convenient for my trip in Venice

I bought a 24 hour unlimited pass which was great. I got to see beautiful islands of Murano & Burano, as well as getting to whizz through the stunning Venice landmarks along the water. Would have been improved if I was supplied with a map of the different stops etc, but all in all a great experience and will use again!!
