From Salerno to Pompeii with Train, Ticket and Digital Guide

We did not receive train tickets as promised in the description; instead, the transportation was by bus. The bus from Salerno to Pompeii was uncomfortable, with very limited legroom and poor air conditioning. Communication from the travel agency was inadequate and often unclear. We ended up spending more time trying to arrange things with them and waiting for responses than we would have spent organizing the transportation and tickets ourselves. We do not feel that the service provided any added value. For the return journey, they booked a bus transfer that took approximately two hours, even though a faster bus option would have taken only around 50 minutes. The digital guide app for Pompeii that was included through the agency also did not work properly. Information was missing for many of the sites, making the app of limited use. Overall, the service was disappointing, and we would not recommend it.
