  Cooking with Gui was the best thing we did during our time Florence! I would recommend doing the early class where you can go to the market. That was so cool to see how local vendors operate and we even went back and did a little shopping ourselves. I would highly recommend this experience. Plus the food we made was 11/10!!!

  In een woord fantastisch! Een masterclass met eerst de lokale markt en daarna de kookworkshop. Alain, de chef vertelde ons veel over de verschillende steaks, kazen, salami’s. We hebben lasagne, tagliatelle a la carbonara, gnocci met pesto en canneloni gemaakt. Een fantastische middag!

  We had a wonderful time preparing the meal and the food was amazing. Alain, our chef and teacher, shared the technique as well as stories about his experiences. He made the class lots of fun. We were able to do everything and we made many different types of pasta. I highly recommend this experience. we're will not forget it.
