We made butternut squash stuffed ravioli with a brown butter sage sauce, and tagliatelle pasta with pesto and then vanilla bean gelato for dessert! I’m normally not a butternut squash fan but that was so good! Jon was our chef for the class and he was great! Very good at teaching and so patient. This was one of the best classes we have taken! He even took a Polaroid picture for us to keep as a token! I would 10/10 recommend this class !!

The Pasta and Gelato making class was a complete 10/10. We got to learn how to make a basil pesto linguine and pumpkin ravioli, the most delicious I’ve ever had! Our chef, Tommaso, was the best instructor ever, funny and witty as well as very helpful in walking us through each step and educating us about the different types of pasta from the Northern, Southern, and Central regions. We also got to experience making vanilla gelato from scratch… absolutely amazing! We also got to interact as a group, have some wine, juice, or cold drink, and my personal favourite, a Polaroid picture and certificate to remember the day with! Would highly recommend this class!

Pasta was fun and fabulous, however the Vanilla Gelato was disappointing and tasteless. My girlfriend is allergic to nuts and a substitute for the Pesto was quite nice. Sage and butter.

I love the list of recipes to try at home and the list of the best gelato places that have real gelato! Two people in our group got stuck dealing with a rental car pickup nightmare and ended up missing most of the class. With this being difficult already, my friend and I were left worrying about them. The female chef was noticeably irritated and made comments about their lateness as if they were frolicking and being disrespectful. That said, she did assist with their portions as it was challenging to make ours and theirs while keeping up with instructions. The food was delicious and there was a ton to go around. The unlimited wine is only at the end served with your cooked pasta. You get a photo of your group at the end. Wish we could’ve done an entire group shot of the 16 people.
