Naples: Cooking Lesson to Learn How to Make Pizza and Tiramisu

Alessandro è stato più che una guida, un amico! Ci ha fatto totalmente perdere il senso del tempo e ci ha trasmesso tutta la sua passione per questo lavoro. È riuscito ad essere divertente e allo stesso tempo professionale, senza mai perdere il filo con un inglese (oltre che italiano) eccellente. È un’attività che consiglierei a tutti, grandi e piccini e gli auguro di crescere ancora per poter fare cose ancora più belle! Ritorneremo sicuramente per altre attività!! in bocca al lupo per tutto ❤️

Alessandro hat einen tollen Kochkurs mit uns gemacht. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet und wir konnten unsere eigene Pizza und unser eigenes Tiramisu zubereiten. Alessandro war sehr sympathisch und hat den Kurs mit Freude geleitet. Das Tiramisu war so viel, dass wir den Rest mitnehmen und am Tag danach auch noch davon essen konnten. Wir können den Kurs weiterempfehlen!

Incredible class! We loved every second, such a welcoming host and very entertaining! We not only learnt about how to make tiramisu, but also had the chance to watch the other half of the class make cannolis. Alessandro did an incredible job of ensuring everyone was included, translating questions asked to make sure everyone could learn and understand. Most importantly, the pizza was delicious!

Alessandro was amazing! The cooking class was the best and me and my daughter (7 yo) loved it! Alessandro was patient explaining what should be done, we made 2 pizzas and he wanted us to taste typical Napolitan pizza so he made another one. Pistacchio tiramisu was delicious. I highly recommend it! I would have given him even more stars, thank you!

Chef Alessandro is a true professional, as well as a warm, welcoming, and genuinely charming host. With his humor, expertise, personal attention, and helpful tips, he delivered an outstanding cooking workshop that we thoroughly enjoyed. I especially appreciated how he explained the function of each ingredient and why certain techniques and specific steps truly matter. His clear explanations added an extra layer of depth to the experience. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, the service sincere, and the recipes absolutely delicious. We will definitely be making this pizza and pistachio tiramisu again at home! Highly recommended for anyone who truly wants to experience cooking rather than just follow a recipe.
