Allergies and sensitivities: Since the experience involves the use of natural essences, spices, and olfactory samples, please advise us in advance of any allergies or hypersensitivities to perfumes or natural substances. Your safety is our priority.
Clothing and comfort: The tour takes place entirely on foot in the historic old town of Palermo. Comfortable shoes suitable for uneven surfaces ("basole") are highly recommended. During the summer months, we suggest bringing a bottle of water, a hat, and sunscreen.
Meeting point: Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you are late, the group may have already left.
If the tour is canceled due to rain or bad weather, travelers are entitled to a full refund.
