Alghero: Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class with Spritz

Words cannot even start to explain what a magical evening this was …the cooking class was brilliant but was secondary to our host Roberto and his beautiful Aunt ….we cooked, we ate and then we sang ….Roberto is a gifted musician as is his Aunt … We have made so many amazing memories here in Sardinia but by far this was our favourite …I can’t recommend this enough…..Roberto and his Aunt deserve a thousand stars not just five!!!!!!

It was an excellent fun evening! Made more amusing by the fact the interpreter was unavailable! We were guided through making pasta in a lighthearted way. Group participation was encouraged & we met some lovely people. We were shown how to make an Aperol spritz & everyone had a turn behind the bar to produce one! We also had a demonstration of how to make tiramisu and each assembled our own. The final part of the evening was sitting as a group to eat the pasta & tiramisu we had made. There was generous amounts of Prosecco and wine ! An excellent night ! Thank you !

We had such a fun and authentic experience at this cooking class! We prepared an absolutely delicious dinner, accompanied by plenty of great Aperol and lots of laughter. To top off the evening, we enjoyed wonderful company with the chef (who is also an amazing singer!) and his lovely aunt, ending the night in true musical spirit. A truly memorable experience — highly recommended!

Angenehme Atmosphäre mit den anderen Kursteilnehmern, aber viel verstanden wie man Pasta macht haben wir nicht. Es gab zwar eine Übersetzerin aber wirklich viel hat sie nicht übersetzt, immer nur punktuell. Der Kursleiter war super hektisch und hat unseren Teig oft korrigiert aber was daran nicht gepasst hat wurde nicht erklärt. Bei dem Zwischensnack gab es nur Fleisch keine vegetarische Option wie Käse. Auch ging der originale Aperol schnell leer und es wurde billiger verwendet und das bei dem hohen Preis. Auch hat das Tiramisu nicht für alle Gäste gereicht. Unnötiger Müll: zum Tiramisu wurden Plastik Löffel gereicht und für das Wasser gab es einweg Wasserbecher die ständig weg geworfen und durch neue ersetzt wurden. Wichtig zu wissen: bringt viel Zeit mit und esst vorher. Der Kurs hat um 19 Uhr gestartet um 22:30 Uhr haben wir die Nudeln gegessen und das Tiramisu rund eine Stunde später. Fazit: der Kurs ist nett, aber viel zu teuer für die Leistung.

Wir waren zu dritt bei der Cooking Class und hatten gemeinsam mit den anderen Teilnehmern einen unglaublich lustigen Abend! 😊 Vor allem Roberto hat mit seiner offenen, herzlichen und super unterhaltsamen Art dafür gesorgt, dass die Stimmung von Anfang an richtig gut war. Zusammen mit seinem Übersetzer Matteo hat er uns nicht nur gezeigt, wie man Pasta und Tiramisu zubereitet, sondern den ganzen Abend zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht. :D Nach dem Kochen und Essen wurde sogar noch gemeinsam gesungen und getanzt. Wir haben unglaublich viel gelacht und hatten einfach eine richtig gute Zeit zusammen. Ein rundum gelungener Abend und eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank besonders an Roberto und natürlich auch an Matteo! Wir werden uns sehr gerne an diesen Abend erinnern! 🇮🇹❤️

It was perfect! a really fun atmosphere. The group was made up of people from all sorts of different countries. The spritz was delicious, and we learned how to easily make it ourselves. Then came the pasta making... fantastic. It was great fun learning from the enthusiastic chef, and the meal afterwards was delicious, too. Everything was well-organized and clear, even when the English was a bit tricky at times. We had a fantastic time, and I’ll add the photos.
