2-Day Venice Combo: ACTV Bus Pass + Museum Pass with Fast-Track Doge's Palace

The 2-day ticket was more than worth it, especially since we used the vaporetto extensively.

It's a must see in Venice. Such a beautiful building, full of history. The visit takes quite a while but it's worth it.

Simple process with no issues in the app or when getting the tickets at the entrance. It's well worth getting up early to avoid the crowds; although the tickets allow entry until 6:00 PM, it's better to show up around 9:00 AM.

Very convenient, we skipped the line to enter the museum and explored everything at our own pace. The Doge's Palace is an unforgettable experience: the paintings, the armory, the prison. We just couldn't find the Bridge of Sighs; it wasn't marked anywhere on the museum signs.

It was not clear enough where to go to get in line to redeem ticket voucher. For example should read something like to right of main building get in line 4 to redeem voucher. You will walk right in through security. Once through security go to right ticket counter to collect tickets and proceed through to entrance.

Nothing, I actually had to wait in line for tickets. The palace is 5 stars, but Headout had nothing to do with that.

I felt the whole thing was a bit disorganized for people who spoke english. The staff there was not very helpful or friendly. The staff at the Audi desk ignored us and when we asked for help they offered very little.
