Florence Combo: 24h Hop-On Hop-Off Bus + Santa Croce Basilica Tickets

It was really a huge help to be able to buy tickets with Headout!! On a very hot day in Florence, with a huge line in front of the Basilica of Santa Croce, being able to enter in just a few moments thanks to the skip-the-line access made the visit more pleasant and, above all, safe for my child as well. Fantastic experience! I won't do without it again.

It was an adventure. No idea where to get on the bus. Website useless. I called the phone number " our office is closed on Sunday". I am glad I didn't throw my phone on the pavement and stomp on it a dozen times. Once we were able to figure out a jump on location, the bus was clean, staff professional and we got to see Florence better than I thought possible. Really helpful to have bought the entry tickets to Santa Croce Basilica. There was a long queue for people to buy tickets. Thank-you Headout for all your assistance. What an amazing building , really was quite spectacular. Lots of helpful information was provided. Wonderful to see spectacular art and sculpture all within the area of the Basilica.

Visit to the Santa Croce was very enjoyable, appreciated the saving with the combo ticket. Bus tour was good and well organised, but only one route was working. Also, there were limited attractions to view on part of the trip and we thought a little more commentary on local features, origins of road and district names there would have added to the experience.

If you are a huge fan of history and architectural beauty, that is where you should head out with Headout. The Basilica is magnificent. In fact, you can spend half of your day there either discovering the history in front of you, or simply finding some peace wandering about the complex.
