Combo Tickets: Palazzo Vecchio & Museo del Bargello

We had to cancel our visit to Florence due to urgent surgery, and therefore all the skip-the-line tickets paid for the various visit sites. Thank you, however, for crediting our Headout account with half of the amount paid for the visits scheduled with the operator Headout. Other operators don't do this and don't even deign to reply.

The Bargello was a very unfamiliar museum to me. But after visiting, I would recommend it to everyone. It is beautifully laid out, and the staff is friendly. There are some truly extraordinary pieces. I arrived quite early, but they let me through after the security check.

Easier to book than via the actual museum site. Bargello is very special and much calmer than some of Firenze's other tourist hotspots. All round good experience.

The building and its history are beautiful; the collections are very well maintained, and the pieces are excellent

The Bargello is one of the greatest collections of sculpture anywhere. Buying tickets through Headout was difficult, especially as I had a group of nine and I was only able to buy 8 tickets. There was also some difficult in accessing the tickets as there was no internet access in the reception of the building. How stupid is that!
