Combo: Castel Sant'Angelo and St. Peter's Basilica Entry Tickets

Once we received the tickets (albeit late the day before!) everything went smoothly. The instructions were clear, meaning where/what entrance to go to, instructions on what to bring and wear. We had taken the audio guide option and it was pretty smooth to get, although everyone has to download the app first. Overall very good. Thanks

Skip-the-line entry, the visit was really beautiful and well worth it. It was amazing to see the grandeur of this structure on the banks of the Tiber, and the Angel's Terrace was also magnificent, offering a panoramic view of Rome.

Maybe we misunderstood, but we expected an external audio guide, not a QR code to play on your own cell phone.

We couldn't do the tour because the Pope always holds an audience on Wednesdays and Sundays, but this was not specified in the schedule. Therefore, we couldn't make our appointment at all because we had booked for around 1:00 PM, but there was no admission to St. Peter's Basilica or St. Peter's Square.

Terrible!!!! Really terrible. We waited almost an hour for the guide, only to end up dealing with online support (in the United States 🤑🤑🤑🤑 !!!!) so they could finally send me the QR code via WhatsApp. The host never showed up, and the hotline told me that the host didn't have any identifying signs --> very convenient!!!!!!!!!!

There was no audio guide. No care factor from staff directing you. I was told to go into a line and was in that line for more than half an hour before i got close enough to realise it was for buying tickets which i already had paid for. GUTTED

Seriously.. downloading 2 apps when all I need is a pdf and an audio file. The nag nag emails were annoying I hope I don't come across yours using such complexity again

Excellent... I didn't actually bring headphones which was my fault , maybe a bit clearer, but certainly me... the quick line was worth it alone as it was a very hot day... recommend for sure
