Combo: Castel Gandolfo Full Experience + Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Tour

The tour was supposed to be 3 hours in the Vatican Museum. The tour was actually only 2 hours. The tour started at 11:45 inside the museum after all the preliminaries, but ends at 1:45, 2 hours total. We completely missed the 3 Raphael rooms. The guide just rushed through the tour. The guide had a microphone that was of very poor quality.

Guide was Knowledgeable and sincere

We had clear directions to our meeting place. We were escorted to the Vatican and did not have to wait on long lines. It was a very pleasant experience. We were very excited to be visiting the Vatican in the museum.

Very knowledgeable passionate guide Francesco. Venue was very hot, overcrowded and no option to exit early. No access to refilling drinking water throughout 3+ hour tour through museum and chapel.

Castel Gandolfo was a wonderful tour! However, Headout did not give clear directions for the Garden tour. We asked all over the Plaza and no one knew anything about our trip. Finally the ticket office found a driver to take us for only 1/2 hour instead of an hour! Good for them. Not for Headout tho

I really enjoyed the tour with Rita! She was funny, informative, and did a great job of herding all of us. The earpieces were also great! I wish we could have spent a little more time inside since we ended a bit early.

Definitely avoided the queues to enter the Vatican museums. Our guide was very knowledgeable and managed to keep our group together which certainly wasn't easy given the amount of visitors.

Georgia was brilliant with us and very informative. She made the whole tour very relaxed and interesting and answered all the questions we had. She also took care afterwards to help the whole group of different families to decide where they wished to go next. This tour was the highlight of our Rome trip

Tour guide was fantastic. The mic supplied wasnt the right microphone for the tour however, it was very muffled and unclear. But the tour was great. Really enjoyed it.
