WEATHER CONDITIONS
In case of light rain, the experience will not be canceled. Rain jackets or ponchos (on loan) will be available to ensure comfort and safety during the ride.
My partner and I had such a wonderful time during our ride. The horses are so well trained that they hardly react to the traffic we encountered as we made our way up to the trail through the village. Once on the trail we got to see many breathtaking and stunning views of the coast. Because of the time of day we got to watch the sunsetting from cliff top. it gave us a spectacular view of the sea bathed in reds and oranges. our guid Marilù was such a joy and very knowledgeable of the area. I highly recommend this ride if you wish to see the true beauty of this region.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was so much fun, and a beautiful way to see the city. I had only ridden a horse a couple of times before, but that didn’t matter. The horses were incredibly calm, they didn’t spook at big trucks, cars, mopeds, people, barking dogs etc. They’re very well trained. Marilú was my guide and she was so friendly and lovely, and had excellent control of the horses. She also took pictures while we were riding which was perfect! We trekked through a mix of road and trails, and got to the highest point in Sorrento, looking out over the water and at the other cities. Just incredible. I thought the images in the listing might be overstating it but it wasn’t at all - it was breathtaking. I couldn’t recommend this enough!

Communication and organisation was excellent, especially as the weather wasn’t great on the day of the ride but Marilù agreed to go ahead and dress the horses in anticipation it would improve. It couldn’t have worked out any better as the weather cleared for the first 2 and a half hours allowing us to enjoy the most amazing scenery through the olive groves, pine forest and up to the highest peninsula of Sorrento. The horses were incredibly well behaved and forgiving of myself as a complete novice and Marilù gave lots of excellent advice throughout. The weather turned wet during the trip back but again the route was great and facilities at the farm are great for getting changed etc. I would highly recommend this experience and the photos and videos taken by Marilù during the trip were a great bonus, brilliant memento.
