Capri Boat Tour from Positano with Drinks and Snacks

Great guide but couldn’t understand him clearly when pointing out specific landmarks. A bit overpriced given that your on the water for about 4.5 hours (2 hours you spend exploring capri on land) so it’s not a full 8 hour experience as advertised. There were also no snacks as advertised. But the view is obviously incredible and you’ll enjoy the tour nonetheless but you don’t get full value for your money.

The driver was exceptional. However the boat itself was very slow. We could feel that the boat was struggling to pull through. What could have taken us 1 1/2 hours to Capri took 4. Half of our day was gone. We literally got to Capri starving we took 1 hour to eat and 1 hour was left to view the town which wasn’t enough. Out of the 8 hours we only got to enjoy 15 mins of bath and another 30 mins of bath. The experience was not the best. Again the driver was excellent but the company needs improvement.

Our recent boat ride in Positano was disappointing despite our driver, Lorenzo. He was fantastic and did his best to accommodate us. The boat was advertised for up to 5 people, but it could only fit 2 comfortably. We felt every bump and wave, often fearing for our safety. The day before, the company offered an upgrade to a larger boat for a special price. I was hesitant and didn't give a direct answer, because I did not realize how small our boat would be. After deciding to upgrade, I informed the company, but they told me the next day the larger boat had already been taken. We planned to swim near Capri, but the boat rocked so much that we became seasick and had to dock and walk around Capri instead. We were unable to enjoy the water activities we had looked forward to. Given the misleading information and overall disappointing experience, we would not book with this company again for the price we paid. It did not meet our expectations, and we felt let down by the service.

The best part of our trip was this boat day. GIOVANNI was so sweet and hospitable. He was very knowledgeable on the route we were on and always knew the answers to any questions we had on the scenery. Giovanni knew the boat well and had suggestions on easier routes as one of us was feeling pretty seasick. We would easily recommend sailing with Restart again

Exceptional people and great experience. We booked this just for me and my wife to celebrate our ten year anniversary, unfortunately the weather was pretty awful and the seas were rough but we had an amazing skipper that took great care of us and was very experienced to keep us safe the whole time and still have fun. The owner was also very accommodating as we had to divert our return to Sorrento due to docking conditions in Positano and he personally took us back to our hotel in Positano. The boat was beautiful and fully stocked with snacks/drinks/alcohol, highly recommend booking with this company!

Would highly recommend this company and Capri boat tour. It was the highlight of our trip! Restart is a very professional company with great communications and safety standards. Everything with their scheduling, transportation and boat captain was exceptional. They even upgraded our boat to a larger, very new and beautiful boat. Thank you Restart for an amazing trip to Capri! Enzo and Antonio were great!
