Sorrento Gelato-Making Class with Tasting and Recipes

Our gelato making class was absolutely fantastic - easily our favourite activity of our holiday. Teresa and Luca were so much fun. They were friendly, knowledgeable and so chatty-you could really see and hear their passion for their craft. The information shared was fascinating. We not only learned how to make gelato and sorbet, but we learnt so much about the importance of the right ingredients, etc. Really looking forward to trying to make our own gelato at home. Of course, there was the added bonus of having a try of scooping our own cones and then getting to taste various gelato/sorbet flavours. I cannot recommend this brilliant class enough!
