Bring layered clothing and a jacket: Even during the summer, the temperature at 2,000 meters can be cool.
Wear comfortable shoes: Please wear trainers or trekking shoes to walk easily on the lava trails of Crateri Silvestri.
Meeting point: On the day of the tour, the driver will wait for you at the main entrance of your hotel/accommodation or at the agreed meeting point; for cruise passengers, at the exit of the passenger terminal.
Communication: We will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the pick-up time and location and provide you with your driver's direct contact for any last-minute coordination.

Please be ready at the meeting point 5 minutes before the agreed time. Hotels and B&Bs: Your driver will wait for you in the lobby or in front of the main entrance of the hotel.
