Photography tours vs self-guided walks: which is better for iconic locations?

Self-guided walks give you flexibility to wait for the perfect light, especially at free sites like Piazza Grande. For the Ferrari and Maserati museums, guided tours (like the Modena Segway Tour) can help you access the best angles and learn insider tips, but you'll have less time to set up each shot.

Which theme parks in Modena are best for photography visitors?

The Enzo Ferrari Museum is a top pick for its architectural curves and historic race cars, offering endless framing opportunities. The Umberto Panini Maserati Collection is a hidden gem with a stunning private collection in a rustic setting, perfect for detail shots. Both are less crowded than the Maranello factory, giving you more space to compose.
