Francesca was great and full of life. She was upbeat and the tour was great. I would say the portions were extremely large and do not eat lunch before! Thank you Francesca!

Lorenz war der perfekte Guide für diesen kulinarischen Einblick in die traditionelle Küche Bologna. Auch der geschichtliche Hintergrund und Zusammenhänge wurden erklärt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hatten Spaß in der Gruppe und haben es sehr genossen. Gerne wieder und sehr gerne wieder mit Lorenzo!

Davide was a very knowledgeable guide. He was enthusiastic and entertaining. He described the regional dishes and ingredients. The choices of pasta, secondi and gelato were terrific. We enjoyed the company of the other participants as well. Definitely a must.

Some interesting facts, good slides from Eugenie, tasted some of his suggestions the next day. Walking was a little slow, sore on our poor backs!
