Von Como: Bellagio & Lugano mit privatem Boot – Entdecken Sie 2 Länder

It rained all morning. Sadly we couldn’t see lake como. One complaint is the ticket said we were supposed to be dropped off on the same meeting place but at the end of the trip they informed us that they will text you the ticket to the train station. When we were dropped off we still had to walk 10 to 15 minutes to the original location. Being a first time visitor we were confused and had to figure it out on our own!!

I was very disappointed with this tour. Unfortunately, the guide had a very hoarse voice and was extremely difficult to understand. Although the tour was supposed to be in English, most of the time he spoke Spanish. At many of the attractions, he did not provide even a short explanation in English, so we had very little idea what we were actually seeing. The instructions and meeting points were also not communicated clearly, which made the whole experience confusing and frustrating. Because of these issues, we decided to leave the tour halfway through. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this tour, especially to English-speaking guests.

The day trip itself was brilliant. Our guide was fun, knowledgeable, and informative, and once on the tour everything was very well organised. However, there were two significant issues that marred the experience. We joined from Como and were told we would be dropped at a train station to return independently. The station was in the middle of nowhere with no facilities, toilets, or water. In 34°C heat, we were unprepared for a 50-minute wait in these conditions. More disappointing was the original booking. Our Friday trip was overbooked, and we were only informed as we were already on our way that our confirmed place was not available. This last-minute cancellation was extremely frustrating and ruined our plans. We were offered the following day instead, but felt we had no real choice but to accept. A £6 discount was given, which felt inadequate given the disruption. The tour and guide were excellent, overbooking and cancelling confirmed places at the last minute is unacceptable.

Such an incredible experience - the day ran smoothly and our tour guide Alejandro was very knowledgeable and insightful. Booking this experience took the guesswork and stress out of exploring the Como area and allowed us to appreciate our surroundings and be fully present. Communication from the organising company was clear and thorough. The only downside of the day was having to wait for the train back to Como from the Grandate-Bresscia station but we were warned about this. The time in Lugano could also have been a bit more structured. If you are wanting to explore Como this activity is recommended.

Wycieczka była poprostu nudna.Nigdy jeszcze źle nie oceniłam wycieczki ale teraz musze.Przewodnik na zasadzie idźcie,czas wolny,wroćcie w dane miejsce.Nie wiem po co sa słuchawki bo i tak nic prawie nie opowiada.Z wycieczki super kierowca jeździ rewelacyjnie po tych wąskich uliczkach i fajnie bylo popływać reszta beznadziejna z przewodnikiem włącznie.Na wycieczkebzabrali nas z Como musieliśmy dojechać autem 60 km pod hotel.Po powrocie okazało sie,ze dostaliśmy bilety na pociąg nikt nam wcześniej noe mowil,ze mamy wrócić na własną rękę.Zostawili nas na na drodze i musieliśmy sami wrócić do auta.Wyvieczls to kierowca niesamowity reszta dno

Tour guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. Disappointed that traffic made us miss out boat to Bellagio so we only had 1 hour to eat and explore when we got there. And only a little over an hour in Lugano. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, that most shops are closed on Sunday. Which is the day we did our tour. Worst part is I saw this same deal for cheaper one day later. When I tried to cancel and rebook for the next day at a lower price, I was told that it was outside the cancellation window so I couldn’t make any changes.

Wycieczka ogólnie była w porządku i udało się zobaczyć wiele ciekawych miejsc. Niestety dużym minusem był bardzo krótki czas wolny w mieście zaledwie około 40 minut. Biorąc pod uwagę, ile czasu zajęła podróż do Szwajcarii, liczyłam na możliwość spokojniejszego zwiedzania. Przez ograniczony czas trzeba było się bardzo spieszyć, co nie pozwoliło w pełni nacieszyć się miejscem. Rozczarowała mnie również zmiana środka transportu w drodze powrotnej. Zgodnie z ofertą powrót miał odbyć się autokarem, jednak dopiero w dniu wycieczki poinformowano nas, że wracamy pociągiem. Taka zmiana powinna zostać przekazana wcześniej, aby uczestnicy mogli odpowiednio się przygotować. Podsumowując, program wycieczki był ciekawy, ale organizacja pozostawia pewien niedosyt.

Our tour guide (i think chiara was amazing, very patient and very informed about the city and the famous villas on each side of the lake. We had enough time to explore. Smooth day no worries at all, all we had to is choose which restaurant we would eat at. We started in the local Como town, seeing the Volta statue in the square and the church that was having mass service (amazing experience). Lovely coach took us to the ferry to get to Bellagio. Bellagio was great, busy but very peaceful and the lake colour and flowers all looked like AI! and all the luxury local store workers were welcoming & friendly. Then we went on the private boat with our friendly group around the lake, seeing breathtaking mountains and amazing villas. Lugano was also very calm, with great lakeside views too. We had the option to shop or stroll in the park or by the lake. the selection of Swiss chocolate from the mall was 10/10. Coach back to the station and one train stop back home, no complaints!

Excursion très décevante avec un rapport qualité-prix médiocre. Le bus est arrivé en retard et la photo du point de rendez-vous n'est plus à jour, ce qui a créé de la confusion dès le départ. Une fois sur place, nous avons dû descendre à pied jusqu'à la ville. La guide, sympathique, nous a laissés sans accompagnement ni véritables explications sur Côme. Nous avons ensuite dû nous débrouiller pour retrouver le point de départ du bus. Les informations fournies étaient peu claires et la communication difficile, la guide parlant mal anglais et espagnol. Le retour a été encore plus compliqué : nous avons dû prendre un train annulé à deux reprises, sans avoir été prévenus à l'avance que nous ne serions pas ramenés au point de départ de l'excursion. Si nous avions connu ces conditions, nous n'aurions jamais réservé cette activité. À éviter.

Changes were made to our day. Our trip was due to start from Como but they brought Milan passengers to our start point and they were given an hour in the town. This meant our originally meeting time of 09.15 was delayed until 10.40. The tour “leader” wasn’t approachable and it felt like being at school again. However, Bellagio, Lugano and the boat trip made up for these issues. Lake Como area really is beautiful

Very disappointing day. You really are just paying for transportation from place to place and bus trip was very slow and long. We joined the bus at Como (it was running late) and the guide didn’t even introduce himself or welcome anyone. Guide gave virtually no information about the places we passed and visited. Ample of time on the bus to tell us about what we were passing but we got nothing. Got to each place and he said free time, meet you back at …. (Time). We followed the guide for 10minutes in Bellagio and he didn’t say a word. So disappointing. Would not recommend. The day was too long and the group too large. We should have just caught an early ferry to Bellagio ourselves and saved time and money
