Eintrittstickets für die Vatikanischen Museen und die Sixtinische Kapelle

The meeting point needs to be clearer to make sure people actually enter the tour office and speak to staff in there. Lots of people just waiting on the corner as per instructions. At first the staff pointed to where we needed to go until I said that we should have someone to take us into the line. He compromised and took us part of the way and explained which line to join. We entered with ease - no queue whatsoever for us, unlike a two hour wait for others - in the sun and heat. We entered, security was good - no passport shown on this occasion - and we had been placed onto a French tour to be able to get the tickets so we left it quickly, bought a £4.99 guide from the APP store, paired a second pair of earphones and self guided. The Vatican museum and the Sistine chapel did not disappoint! Amazing opulence .

The whole experience was a huge stress. We were told to meet at 8:45, the guides did not arrive until 9:15 and then appointed ME as the guide for 10 people I did not know. They told me “where to go” and that was that. No customer service or help. Once inside, our tickets said I was the guide of the group and that’s how we got entry we were all so confused and stressed and we nearly missed our slot as we were so late getting in (45 minutes delayed) that we had to liaise with the staff. Additionally, the tour was booked in spanish, for the 6/10 spanish tourists leaving us 4 brits high and dry. We asked for a guide once in there and she said she could only do it in 1 language so we let the spanish group have it. Therefore we got no guided tour experience and had to pay €18 for the audio devices. NOT worth £62 - they need to work with more reliable teams and we nearly didn’t get let in due to the service of the “guides”

így viszont önállóan kellett bemenni a tomegen at. a Vatikán egyebkent fantasztikus.
